Im Rahmen des Umbaus dieser Villa sollten auch die Außenräume neu gedacht werden. Das Konzept beinhaltet die Gestaltung mehrerer Terrassen mit und ohne Überdachung, eines Pools mit Lounge, der Zufahrt mit Garagen und Eingangsbereich, sowie der Gartenbereiche mit Wegen durch die Anlage. Anhand einer Draufsicht wurde das erarbeitete Konzept präsentiert.

In the course of the renovation of this villa, the exterior spaces were to be redesigned as well. The concept includes the design of several terraces with and without roofing, a pool with lounge, the access road with garage and entrance area, as well as the garden areas with paths through the complex. The developed concept was presented with a top view.
